Philip Abbyad

Software Developer

About

Hi! I'm Phil, a software developer based in the U.S.

I focus on backend work in Java and Spring Boot. I’m especially interested in modernizing legacy systems, and I like the bridge between mainframe-era systems and modern services. Outside of work, I tinker with Linux and Raspberry Pis, and I experiment with AI tools to speed up development.

Advocate of open source software and reducing barriers through technology.
